VoiceCom was the first to launch its own platform for commercial distribution of VOD (video on demand), letting the customers to watch real time TV streams or pre-recorded video programs. Two different channels was offered initially – Bulgarian National Television and Planeta TV.

Platform works in GPRS/EDGE/UMTS operator networks. At the moment the service is supported only by Mtel subscribers.

Customers billing can be based either on subscription model or on individual payments for content desired.

As a result VoiceCom was appointed as an MTel partner in delivering of local TV programs and VOD in realization of "Vodafone Live" service.

• Very suitable for specific types of transmissions – news, breaking news, sport, business and financial information. Worldwide tendency for switching customer’s attention to mobile transmission of television is observed in last years.
• Lack of geographical limitations – customer can receive transmission where network is presented – practically at any place.
